I don’t get sick often, but when I feel even the tiniest tickle in my throat… or I’ve been around someone who’s under the weather… I immediately go into wellness protection mode.

Here’s what I’m using and why:

My antioxidant MVP.
Glutathione is hands-down one of my favorite foundational wellness peptides. I use it three days per week for superior antioxidant support and cellular detoxification.
Think of it as your body’s cleanup crew — helping neutralize oxidative stress, supporting immune function, and promoting overall vitality. When everyone around me is coughing and sneezing, this is my ride-or-die.

Inflammation’s worst enemy.
KPV is part of my daily routine right now. I use it specifically to help combat inflammation and support gut and immune balance.

This one is huge — especially during winter and flu season.
Vitamin D3 plays a major role in immune regulation, and so many people are unknowingly deficient (especially if you’re not getting regular sun exposure). When my Vitamin D is optimized, I personally feel stronger, more resilient, and less run down.
I always recommend pairing D3 with K2.

Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to the right places in your body (like bones and teeth) and away from places it doesn’t belong. Together, D3 + K2 support immune health, bone strength, cardiovascular wellness, and overall vitality.

I usually recommend 500–1,000 mg daily, especially during high-exposure seasons, travel, or when I feel something trying to sneak up on me.

How long I run this stack
